I am very impressed with their AI bot, it usually can resolve problems without needing a human rep. Today it walked me through all the possible causes that might have caused the problem, but none worked. Finally it transferred me to a human tech person, who was able to fix the problem almost right away. I think that it is a good system. The AI bot can direct me to fix most problems without speaking ot a live tech person, so that helps keep the cost low. In cases where the bot cannot figure it out, the customer is directed to a live support person - so expert assistance is available when all else fails.
