Initially the AI chat agent was unable to resolve my account questions. I was transferred to a live chat agent. That agent was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. When there seemed to be an unresolvable problem, the agent was able to come up with suggested alternatives. My questions were satisfactorily resolved.

Juliette is the only representative who listened, comprehended my situation and resolved my two issues completely within 13 minutes. I wish she was the only person I could talk to as she is a brilliant problem solver and is direct polite professional kind and no fluff and honest. I have many domains and she literally was ahead scanning my account, ready to answer my questions and understood my nature and issues I had in the past. Calls to bluehost usually average 2 to 3 hours and a waste of my time and require call backs which I dreaded. Juliette is the BEST rep ever, #1 in my book. Thank you Juliette! Called because my hosting cost was about to double. The representative quickly figured out that the storage issue was due to old unnecessary backups and we were able to delete them. That allowed me to continue with the same plan and the rep also used a coupon code to bring down the cost of the plan. Excellent service, and rep was very helpful and kind!
