Where cooperative and professional
I needed help installing a new SSL certificate and I telephoned tech support. I resisted the AI interface and a human answered. The human was knowledgeable and helpful and I got the job done and also learned how to configure my hosting to allow SSL certificates at the CPanel account level, not just the WMH root level. I was told to stay on the line for a brief survey which I was completing, giving good ratings, but it disconnected when it asked me a question, not just a number on my keypad, and I would not babble back to the robot.
Fast support at any time, solving problems fast. I called them few times and they did amazing job everytime!
Honestly, this is the best hosting I've ever had. It has everything integrated like WordPress and only for the price of $1.99 if you use the discount. This is the best hosting platform. I highly recommend it to beginners like me.
I'll summarize as the specifics are superfluous. I had an issue with one of my sites running on hostgator.com. I jump on chat and was connected with 'DAKSH'. All I can say is this person saved my posterior. I did everything I could using cpanel, but I still could not get my site to load. DAKSH worked with with me patiently, and calmly. I believe this person was handling more than one customer at a time too. But DAKSH was back to me quickly with each chat response. DAKSH was one of the best technical support people i've dealt with in the last 30 years. So hopefully the bosses advance this person. I'm thinking training, or customer support QA. No matter, DAKSH is one reason i'll continue using hostgator.com for hosting. And if you are looking for a collectable pocket knife, checkout nostalgiaknives.com - it's now back up and accessible solely because of DAKSH!!!
Pretty fast and productive
I have dealt with a lot of hosting companies and this one has to be one of the friendliest and most helpful. They resolved my issue so quickly, the AI agent actually understood me and put me in the right place.
After posting my last review, Michael, from the Newfold Executive Response Team reached out to me. He understood exactly what my problem was, what had caused it, and how to fix it. The fact is, it should NOT have taken three phone calls to Bluehost, to move a few domains. It should not have taken a bad review, getting the attention of the "higher ups" in order to get everything corrected. Michael assures me that they are working on getting their CSRs properly trained, but they should not be answering customer calls alone, until they ARE properly trained. I am giving Michael the 5 star review.
For several years now, Bluehost has given me solid service, and when I have problems, support agents have been great. Today, she was exceptionally good.

Prathiksha was helpful and resolved my issue. The AI tool is decent but not a replacement for what a real person could do. Your DNS interface, though it failed was good but the errors were unclear and could be more instructional.
