I'll summarize as the specifics are superfluous. I had an issue with one of my sites running on hostgator.com. I jump on chat and was connected with 'DAKSH'. All I can say is this person saved my posterior. I did everything I could using cpanel, but I still could not get my site to load. DAKSH worked with with me patiently, and calmly. I believe this person was handling more than one customer at a time too. But DAKSH was back to me quickly with each chat response. After posting my last review, Michael, from the Newfold Executive Response Team reached out to me. He understood exactly what my problem was, what had caused it, and how to fix it. The fact is, it should NOT have taken three phone calls to Bluehost, to move a few domains. It should not have taken a bad review, getting the attention of the "higher ups" in order to get everything corrected. Michael assures me that they are working on getting their CSRs properly trained, but they should not be answering customer calls alone, until they ARE properly trained. I am giving Michael the 5 star review.
