First of all this was not an easy or a quick fix. It was something that wouldn't have been in my power to correct. But from the two agents who handled the case, Ellie and David, I got a courteous and patient understanding of the problem and assurances that they could find a solution. Both explained their work as they went about fixing the issue, so I had a good understanding of the complexity of the problem. I'd like to say that what these people did would have been completely outside the scope of what an AI agent could have done. People still rule! And BlueHost has some great people! Many thanks.
