Using WHMCS to Create and Send Welcome Emails
Reseller accounts do not include automatic welcome emails through the default WHM interface. To send onboarding or welcome messages to your customers, you’ll need to use a dedicated billing and automation platform.
WHM Complete Solution (WHMCS)
Email templates in WHMCS can be managed directly from the admin area. To modify an existing template or create a new one, navigate to Setup > Email Templates. If you want to design a template for emails you plan to send manually on a recurring basis, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Create New Email Template. You can then customize the content and save it for future use.
