I have been a Bluehost Pro Support customer for 2 full year subscriptions at this point, & have written a number of reviews about how happy I am with my experience with this feature. So normally, I wouldn't be taking the time when my hair's on fire to repeat what I've said here again. But... When you call Pro support, you get a specialist to help you with the tasks you want to accomplish in that session. & who you get is random, there is no dedicated specialist for your work. Today when I called I got a rep named Lee. Normally I probably wouldn't remember an individual but I did remember working with Lee once before. His name stuck with me because of his patience, insight, knowledge of his craft & quick grasp of my issues at that time stood out for me. & today was no different. Even though I was calling about my subscription renewal, which may or may not have been in his wheelhouse, he made the effort to help me find the answers I needed to keep it current & uninterrupted.
