I was able to have my questions answered on notification of a recent website backup that was completed by Bluehost. Since our website is hosted by Big Commerce, it was determined that the new backup process by XCITIUM is not compatible. The Tech was able to turnoff the backup process going forward. Thank you. Very difficult to set up e-mail settings. The technician very patiently worked through the problems a found new settings that were NOT on the support website. Absolutely depended on the technician chat. Impossible otherwise.

I contacted Bluehost support regarding an account issue. I first interacted with an AI agent, which threw up its hands at an appropriate point and turned me over to a real human. I was asked to enter a verification code sent to my email address, which was a good security step. The human was helpful, even cheerful, and helped me get connected again. I appreciated the support I received.
