I could tell the representative got a little annoyed with me because she thought I wasn't following directions. Her voice got a little stern. But, I could understand her frustration, so that didn't bother me. But it could some people. Otherwise, she was patient and great. She went out of her way to make sure I understood what she did to fix the problem so that if I ever needed to do it, I would know how. What I love about Bluehost tech support is that I never feel rushed. They do a great job of making sure the problem is resolved. They never try to sell me anything to fix a problem. They fix the problem. That's why I've been with them so long. Side note: The AI was not helpful. But, I simply stated "I want to speak to a representative." That was enough for the AI to put me through immediately to a live rep.

Bluehost support is the best! Whenever I come up on a problem with hosting, email, anything related to my account, the customer service is always efficient, friendly and solve the problem the first time. That is hard to find these days. They understand my issue without going around in circles explaining things.
I had a technical issue with a website and I was helped by Bhavith. The problem was solved in a few minutes. He was courteous an to the point.
I was dealing with complicated issues with professional email service being added... the Live Representative was able to identify what I was communicating, resolve the situation and refund the additional funds I needlessly spent in a very short time frame... I wish I had gone through the live chat option initially. The Ai Service just did not understand the complexity of the layers I was trying to manage.

I have had decades of experience with a variety of top-tier hosting services, most of which have outsourced support to ai chatbots and ai phonebots. I imagine this is how some companies choose to maintain their position at the top of the google search for "cheap domains". Bucking these cost-cutting trends, Bluehost has wisely maintained live phone support for all but entry-level hosting plans. The day after I signed up and began migrating sites, I received an unprompted phone call from a REAL PERSON -- a Tier Two technician at Bluehost -- asking if there was anything they could do to assist. In 30-minutes "Arj" answered all my questions, and resolved the few remaining migration issues I was not able to fix myself. This is the gold-standard of customer service.

Bluehost is a wonderful company to work with. I have domains setup on Bluehost and GoDaddy. The service I receive from Bluehost is superior. The customer service is outstanding. I love how WordPress is included in Bluehost - you have to pay extra for it on GoDaddy. I will continue to get my hosting needs met from Bluehost.

Amazing Support Team I am an amateur at best and Bluehost always walks me through where I get stuck and solves my issues in the first call. They are high quality support people who are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. You can tell they are encouraged by management to treat us well and make sure we get what we need, even when we are absolutely clueless! Today one of my support people not only solved my problem with DNS record, but also noticed and solved a problem that would have stopped the emails from sending properly once the DNS was propagated. So that saved me another frustrating problem that wouldn't have shown up for days. Additionally, they noticed my website wasn't published, then proceeded to set it up so I could start building.
