I could tell the representative got a little annoyed with me because she thought I wasn't following directions. Her voice got a little stern. But, I could understand her frustration, so that didn't bother me. But it could some people. Otherwise, she was patient and great. She went out of her way to make sure I understood what she did to fix the problem so that if I ever needed to do it, I would know how. What I love about Bluehost tech support is that I never feel rushed. They do a great job of making sure the problem is resolved. They never try to sell me anything to fix a problem. They fix the problem. That's why I've been with them so long. Side note: The AI was not helpful. But, I simply stated "I want to speak to a representative."
