I needed help installing a new SSL certificate and I telephoned tech support. I resisted the AI interface and a human answered. The human was knowledgeable and helpful and I got the job done and also learned how to configure my hosting to allow SSL certificates at the CPanel account level, not just the WMH root level. I was told to stay on the line for a brief survey which I was completing, giving good ratings, but it disconnected when it asked me a question, not just a number on my keypad, and I would not babble back to the robot.

After posting my last review, Michael, from the Newfold Executive Response Team reached out to me. He understood exactly what my problem was, what had caused it, and how to fix it. The fact is, it should NOT have taken three phone calls to Bluehost, to move a few domains.
