Where Can I Find the AI Action Plan?

You can access AI recommendations from the AI Store through either of the following locations:

• The AI Action Plan widget on the Dashboard
• The Merchant Command Center in the AI Insights tab

To view the complete AI Action Plan:

1. Log in to your Bluehost Portal.
2. From the left-hand menu, click the Websites tab.

   
    

3. Locate your Sell Online plan. If you have multiple websites, you need to scroll down and click the Load More link.

   
    

4. Click the Manage Store button next to your site.

   
    

5. You will be redirected to your Bluehost AI Store Dashboard.

   
    

6. In the Dashboard, scroll down to the AI Action Plan section.

   
    

7. The Dashboard displays a preview of your AI recommendations. To view the full list, click the Full Command Center link.

   

   This will take you to the AI Insights tab. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the AI Insights tab.

   
    

8. In AI Insights, select the Action Plan tab to view the complete list of recommendations.

   
    

Understanding the AI Action Plan 

The AI Action Plan highlights the most important recommendations to help you focus on the actions that can have the greatest impact on your store.

This section includes the following components:

1. Issue summary - A brief description of the detected issue.
2. Recommended action - The task required to address the issue.
3. Priority level - Indicates how urgently the recommendation should be addressed (Critical, Medium, or Low).
4. Category tags - Shows the area of your store affected by the issue.

Recommendations are organized in priority groups:

1. Do Today - High-priority recommendations that should be addressed as soon as possible.
2. Do This Week - Important recommendations that can improve your store's quality and performance.
3. Improve When Possible - Lower-priority suggestions for ongoing optimization.

Taking Action on a Recommendation

Each recommendation shows a Go button.

1. Click Go to navigate directly to the section of your store associated with the issue.

After the issue is resolved, the recommendation may disappear in future AI analyses.
