US Treasury Embargo Restrictions
Under the sanctions regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), Bluehost is prohibited from offering services to individuals or entities located in a country or territory that is the target of OFAC sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, or the Crimea, the Donetsk People's Republic, or the Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine), as well as any individuals or entities designated by OFAC as Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs). If you are located within any of these countries, regions or appear on the SDN list, you will not be able to purchase or utilize Bluehost’s services.
Resellers are also subject to these restrictions and must not provide services to customers in the listed countries/regions or to anyone identified on the SDN list, regardless of the reseller’s own country of residence.
