Requesting Your Bluehost Chat Transcript

Bluehost Support provides helpful information during your assistance sessions. One advantage of using Chat for support is that you can keep a full transcript of your conversation, making it easy to search for specific details or print important information for your records.

If you are still in a chat with Bluehost Support, let the agent know you would like a transcript so it can be sent to you.

If you are no longer in the chat with Bluehost Support, we may still be able to provide your transcript. Please contact us via phone or chat and provide any of the following information if available:

  • The ID of the chat.
  • The name the agent provided in chat.
  • The exact name you used in the chat.
  • Verification information for any billing accounts you were verified for during the chat.
  • The date and time the chat took place.
  • An estimated length of the chat.
  • The IP address from which the chat was initiated.
  • The rating you gave if you rated the chat.
  • The domain name you provided when starting the chat.

We will do our best to locate your chat and provide the information you need if possible.
