How to cancel your Hostinger account in 6 steps

- Log into your Hostinger account, https://www.hostinger.com/cpanel-login
- Click on the “Hosting” tab in the header of your user area.
- Click on the “Manage” button beside the hosting plan which you wish to cancel.
- Navigate to the “Other” section in the page.
- There will be a button under the “Other” section which contains the text “Deactivate Account”.
- You may need to confirm the deactivation of your plan.
- Review your billing and payment details to ensure you are no longer charged after the cancellation.
You may be eligible for a refund from Hostinger
- Click on the chat symbol in the lower right corner. You can also click on the question mark symbol in the upper right corner.
- Select Payments & Refunds.
- Click on I want to get a refund.
- Pick the service you wish to cancel and click on the Refund button.
- Follow some additional prompts, which may include selecting other items you wish to cancel from your invoice.
- Click on Request refund and then one more final time, click on the Refund button.
