Q: When can I expect my order to be filled? When will I get my account?

A: You will receive a welcome email when your order is fully processed. Due to the high volume of orders during our sales events, the delivery of new accounts might be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Q: I already have an account with Bluehost. Can I get a discount?*

A: Yes! Existing customers can enjoy our special offers, but the discount is only applicable to newly created hosting packages. This means the discount does not apply to extensions, renewals, or upgrades of existing packages. Please note that transferring your existing package to claim the discount will result in retroactive billing for the discounted amount.

Q: Am I upgrading, renewing, or extending my existing package with the discount?

A: Unfortunately, discounts are not applicable to renewals, upgrades, or extensions of your current hosting packages.

Q: Can I renew or extend my domain name with the promotional pricing?

A: The discounts offered for domain registrations only apply to newly purchased domain names. They do not extend to renewals or transfers.

Q: How can I apply the coupon to add a new package through my Bluehost Portal?

A: New packages must be ordered from our signup page to receive the discount on your existing account. You will enter your billing password during signup. If you’ve already added a new package in your Bluehost Portal, please contact us for assistance in applying the discount.

Q: Is the discount applicable for the lifetime of the package?

A: The discount is available for the first invoice only. To maximize savings, choose the longest billing cycle available during signup.

Q: Why am I getting an error: We could not process your card?

A: If you experience issues processing orders through our portal, please reach out for help via phone or chat.

Q: Does the domain discount apply to transfers?

A: No, the discounts do not apply to domain transfers.

Q: Can I get more of a discount on bulk domain orders?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer additional discounts beyond the current promotion. If you wish to purchase more domains than the cart allows, please contact us, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
