There are several reasons why your website could become suspended. However, the most common reason for the suspension is non-payment. Here are the reasons why your website might be suspended.
If your account has been suspended, the possible options are as follows:

- You see a page displaying that the account is suspended when you try to visit your domain.

- The suspension page on your domain will contain a login link. Once you have logged in via this link, you will be provided with a reason for your account suspension and further instructions on how to resolve the issue.
- Check your email or account manager for notifications. Remember, always checking your email inbox and your spam or junk folder is best practice. Sometimes, emails, even important ones, may route into your spam or junk folder.
