The Customers tab in your Bluehost AI Store allows you to view, segment, and manage your customer base effectively. It provides valuable insights into customer behavior, purchase history, and lifetime value to help you grow your business.

Customers Page Overview

At the top of the Customers page, you’ll see four key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Total Customers — Total number of customers in your store
  • Total Orders — Combined number of orders placed by all customers
  • Lifetime Revenue — Total revenue generated from all customers
  • Avg. Customer Value — Average revenue per customer

How to Access the Customers Tab

Follow these steps to open your AI Store dashboard directly from your Bluehost account:

  1. Log in to your Bluehost Portal.
  2. From the left-hand menu, click the Websites tab.

  3. Locate the website that has your store.
  4. Click the Manage Store button next to your site.

  5. You will be redirected to your Bluehost AI Store Dashboard.

  1. Click the Customers tab in the left menu. And your store's Customers page will then be displayed.
