ecomdash - Global Listing Attributes

By using Global Listing Attributes, you can set default values in your listings. This saves time by cutting down data entry, as you only have to fill in the values once. This article explains how to set Global Listing Attributes.

Set Global Listings Attributes

1. Click the Products menu, then choose All Products from the drop-down.
2. From the Actions menu, choose View from the drop-down to enter a product's details page.
3. From here, click Manage Listings in the top right-hand corner of your page.
4. From the Manage Listings pop-up, you can set global attributes that will be used as defaults if listing-specific information is not provided. This reduces the amount of data you will need to add before submitting a listing to a new storefront from ecomdash.

These values can also be set in bulk. To do so:

1. Click the Actions (lightning bolt) icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select Download Listings from the drop-down menu that appears.
3. Select the channel you would like to download from, then click Set Global Attributes.
4. Click Go! This will begin downloading your listings from the channel selected and setting the global attributes.
