How to View Your Hosting Accounts in WHM

Managing multiple websites and user environments becomes far more efficient when you understand how to access and control Hosting Accounts in WHM. Through the Bluehost Portal or directly via the WHM login page, administrators can securely sign in, view detailed account information, and make modifications with ease. From listing domains and quotas to adjusting account settings, WHM provides a centralized dashboard that simplifies hosting management and ensures smooth operations across all accounts.

Accessing WHM

Via Bluehost Portal

To access your WHM through your Bluehost Portal, follow the steps provided in How to Log In to WHM on VPS and Dedicated Servers.

Via WHM Login Page

You can open WHM by typing any of the following URLs into your browser’s address bar, replacing yourIPaddress and yourdomainname.com with your actual server details:

    http://yourIPaddress/whm
    http://www.yourdomainname.com/whm
    http://whm.yourdomainname.com/

Use the login credentials provided in the welcome email you received from Bluehost to sign in.

Viewing Accounts in WHM

From the left-hand navigation, select Account Information > List Accounts. Alternatively, you can click the Account Information icon on the main dashboard. This will display all accounts associated with your WHM.

The List Accounts page includes details such as:

  • Domains listed on the account
  • cPanel icon for each account (to log in as the root owner)
  • IP address assigned to each cPanel
  • Username assigned to each cPanel
  • Contact email address associated with each account
  • Date when the account was set up in WHM.
  • Partition the account is on
  • Quota (disk space) allocated to the account
  • Disk space used so far
  • Package the account was assigned to when created in WHM
  • cPanel theme
  • Reseller/owner name of each account

Modifying Accounts in WHM

On the List Accounts page, clicking the + symbol next to a domain name reveals options to make changes. You can update settings by selecting the corresponding Change button:

  • Change cPanel Password
  • Change Contact Email
  • Change Quota
  • Change Plan (package)
  • Modify Account allows you to make changes to individual account attributes such as primary domain, username, cPanel theme, email accounts, etc.
