Hosting Refund Policy
Bluehost offers a thirty (30)-Day money-back guarantee for Shared, VPS, and Dedicated hosting fees paid. The money-back guarantee does not apply to Bluehost Cloud Hosting, services with a monthly term, domain registration fees, AI Product and Services, setup fees, or any fees for additional services.
The refund policy below applies to certain hosting services:

| After Thirty (30) Days | Renewals are not refundable and are not qualified for a prorated refund. Renewals are only refundable within the fifteen (15)-day prebill window. |

Nonrefundable Products and Services
- Domain registration and renewal fees, including Premium Domains, are nonrefundable.
- The following add-on products and services are nonrefundable, including but not limited to AI Products and Services, SSL certificates, PPC services, QuickStart services (cPanel and WordPress), All Access, Site Doctor, website transfers, Design Services (Standard, Plus, and Premium), SEO packages, SiteLock, and Domain Privacy.
Refund Timeframe
Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Refunds by checks (last resort) may take ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel Hosting
If you decide to cancel your hosting plan and qualify for our money-back guarantee refund, a fee will be deducted for the domain and any applicable taxes.
