Bluehost Account Manager Websites Performance Tab

Keeping your website running smoothly is essential—and Bluehost makes it easy to monitor and improve your site’s speed and performance. The Performance tab in your Bluehost Account Manager gives you access to powerful tools like caching controls, Cloudflare integration, and Google PageSpeed Insights.

How to Access the Performance Tab

Under the Websites' Performance Tab, you will find the following sections:

1. Sign in to your Bluehost Account Manager.
2. Click Websites  from the side navigation menu to the left.
   
    
   • If you only have a single website, you will be redirected to the Overview page of your website right away.
   • If you have multiple websites, choose the website you wish to manage and click on the SETTINGS button.
     
      
3. Click the Performance tab.
   
    
   • Caching Control - Caching saves copies of your website’s content (like images and files) so pages load faster for your visitors.
     Turn the switch ON to activate caching. You can also choose which caching level option you prefer using.

     You can choose how much of your site gets cached. For example, “Assets Only” means only images and files are cached—not full pages. You can click the Learn about caching levels button to understand more about caching levels:
     

   • Clear Cache - This removes all saved (cached) versions of your site. To clear the cache, click the CLEAR ALL CACHE button.
     
      
   • Clear Cache for a Specific URL - Sometimes, just one page doesn’t update properly. This tool lets you clear the cache for that specific page. Type the page’s URL (like example.com/about) into the box, then click CLEAR URL.

     

   • Cloudflare Integration - Cloudflare is a service that protects and speeds up your website using a global network. Cloudflare helps block threats, reduce spam traffic, and make your site load faster worldwide. Click the ADD CLOUDFLARE button to enable Cloudflare.
