By default, the AI Insights page opens to the Action Plan tab. Think of this as your intelligent, prioritized to-do list.

Next to the Action Plan, you can click on the Agent Reports tab. While the Action Plan tells you what to do, the Agent Reports tab shows you who (which AI agent) is finding these issues and the overall health of specific areas of your store.
