Choosing the Right AI App for Your Needs

You don't need to understand every app to pick the right one. This guide starts with what you're trying to do, and points you to the app that fits.

Important: the one-click installer sets up exactly one app on your server, and that's the fastest and simplest way to get started. If your goal genuinely needs more than one app working together, that's a separate path: a fully manual setup over SSH, done from the start, rather than adding extra apps on top of a one-click install afterward. A manual setup can run multiple apps together just fine, as long as the server has enough RAM, CPU, and storage for all of them combined, but it does require being comfortable managing a server yourself.

- Manual install (via SSH): Lets you set up multiple apps together on the same server, built from the ground up yourself. This suits customers who are comfortable managing a server directly, and it's meant to be planned from the start, not added on top of an existing one-click install afterward.
A few one-click options already come bundled as a single choice, such as Hermes Agent + Open WebUI, so it's worth checking whether the combination you want already exists as one-click before assuming you need a manual setup at all.
